I am William McCaskill, and I have the experience and dedication that you need. I have been in practice since 2004 and have handled more than 2,000 personal injury cases and litigated almost 500 cases in Maryland and the District of Columbia courts. I often take on cases that other lawyers have found to be too difficult — or “too small” for a positive outcome. I am more than happy to litigate so my client has his or her day in court. I don’t see any matter affecting your life, health, and safety as “too small.”

My clients often worry whether their medical bills will be paid or if they can afford the medical treatment required for their injuries. I’ve worked with clients who might be in pain but have refused medical treatment simply because they don’t believe they can afford it. My job is to help these people get what they deserve. I’m also there to help them understand that it takes time for many cases to go to court or reach a settlement. Most importantly: My clients can count on me to ensure the insurance companies do not take advantage of them. 

I believe there is no such thing as a small case or a minor accident.
